All Health Conditions

We know how hard it is hard to find a cattery that would accomodate the complex health conditions of some of the cats. We want to reasure you that your cat will be safe with us and he will get all care he needs.

Special Dietary Requirements

We accomodate all dietary requirements including the requirements prescribed by the doctor as well as your cat's prefferences. This can include special cat food or just cooked or raw food. We epmply chef that prepares each meal individualy. We know how stressed cats loose apetite and we will make sure we do everything that we can so their maintain healthy diet.

Home like enviroment

We do not accpet the strategy that most catteries have - to keep cats in cages. Cats are used to living at home and take advantage of soft furnishing and different zones in rooms.

Wildfile feeders

We know how much cats love watching their "live" televisioin outdoors. Each room has a view on a bird feeder. We often have other wildlife visitors as well.

Secured outdoor space

For those cats that love outdoor space we have prepared secured outdoor area to explore.

Security

We guarantee high level of site security, that includes CCTV cameras. We created 3 stage zones when entering cat's accomodation, when cats escapes from zone 1 we have 2 more zones as additional layer of security.

Access to live cameras

We have placed many cameras in each room so the owners can observe their cats any time of the day. You will be given a special login details to the room's camera system, which you can access from any mobile device or a computer.

Vet on Call

We employ a team a Vets and veterinary nurses, that are on call 24/7. They maintain health care catalogue for each of our guests and create special healthcare plans for the guests that require medical treatment or special support during their stay.

Acclimatisation

Cats usually are not happy to be taken out of their home. To help them acclimatise to new home we release pheromones in each room. This calms them down and lets them to get to know the enviroment.

Grooming service

We have on site cat grooming service. The stylists are trained in all breeds, they will also follow any special requirements or instructions you might have.

Feeding time

We know that cats live according to their clock. We want to be as flexible as our guests require. We ask you to tell us the time when your cat is fed, so we continue with his routine while he is with us.

Welcome Pack

The journey from your home to our Castle can be very stressful for the cat. We have prepared a welcome pack that include a booklet with plenty of advices about preparations for the journey and herbal remedy that allows the most sensitive cats to survive the car journey.

One to One time

Cats are social animals and need human interactions. We asure that even the basic package guests have contact with our staff. The One to one time might include play, petting or just being there as a company. The all inclusive package includes 7 hours of One to One time, per week and the basic package 1 hour. You can increase the One to One time 20£ per hour.

Daily updates

Missing your cat is a part of your holiday. We will keep you updated about how he is doing with us. The all inclusive package cat's owners will receive a short video and the basic package cat's owners will receive a short text.
